Geneva, OH - Come one come all, Saturday and Sunday, the 22nd and 23rd, the Lodge and Conference Center at Geneva-on-the-Lake will host the first Journey Through Ashtabula County. What to expect to see at Journey Through Ashtabula County, at the Lodge and Conference Center.
Saturday, September 22nd:
Scout Day, Registration is at 8:30am with the clean up starting at 9:15am and lunch will be served at noon.
Trolley Tours: Springer Dairy Farm will have an open house from 1:00pm until 4:00 pm. A trolley shuttle will leave the Lodge at 1:00pm and 3:00 pm.
Sunday, September 23rd:
American Red Cross Blood Drive: In the Western Reserve Room, be sure to drink lots of fluids prior to giving blood.
Ashtabula County Library Bookmobile: Will be in the western part of the parking lot, near the Farmer's Market Tent.
All weekend activities:
Lakeshore Art Displays: Local artist will set up displays in the lobby of the Lodge Farmer's Market Antique Engine Club Jefferson Grange Pumpkin Decorating Contest Local produced hamburgers, hotdogs and sausages to purchase, family friendly prices Fresh Popcorn from a local crop A big Ashtabula County Map with exhibitor locations mapped out. Made-In- Ashtabula County Room Museum Displays from all over the county. Sheriff's Department K-9 unit demonstrations at 2:00 pm Miniature Horses Alpacas Tours of the Lodge and Conference Center- 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm daily Bicentennial Bell Miniature Covered Bridge Door prizes will be given throughout the two days.
